Kingdom of Nerada appeals to game players as well as fantasy & fairytale lovers!

I thought I would clarify my readership because it is broader than first intended. Discovering the reading age of Kingdom of Nerada Book 1  Isabella Airyfairyabelous & the Sleepy Dragon and Book 2 The Faery Enchantment has been an interesting journey. The Gunnings Index says it is high sixes, so 11 years and up, and middle years was certainly my original intention.  I also recommend my series for voracious readers with reading ages of 10 and up. Surprisingly older readers have  expressed considerable enthusiasm and interest. Nerada  entertains game players, according to readers. Amazon has listed  Kingdom of Nerada as 13-18 years. How extraordinary.

Yet, language is a living, breathing, developing  phenomenon, so although my accomplished mastery of Standard Australian English could vary from other Englishes, such variation should only enhance skills in students’  literacy and vocabulary arenas.

One reviewer claims Kingdom of Nerada is also suitable for adults who enjoy fairy tales and fantasy. I hope this discussion answers the questions raised and enhances sales among those interested in promoting literacy skills in middle years primary and secondary students. I believe I have a perfect voice for such  readers though it is clear I write for a range of audiences in many genres, including education, playwriting, poetry, fiction and non-fiction.
