Discovering the subtle art of Etigami

In my second year of art classes,  in a  different setting, I have discovered new territory.  Naturally occurring imperfections I create have appeal in the Etigami artform. Etigami and I are compatible. Imperfect art is beautiful, after all! While in Edenhope, I painted the orchid vase on the antique table. Edenhope is a beautiful township in Victoria, Australia,  which I highly recommend visiting.

This  appeal is such an utter shock. The Japanese art of imperfection is my hero.  There is such life in the  ink and watercolour paintings we create. I am making breakthroughs though still require practice to achieve mastery of all the steps.
