I hope everyone had a beautiful Christmas. During the last few weeks, I have continued my journey toward the self-publication of Book 1 Kingdom of Nerada ‘Sleepy’. The most important aspect is to ensure quality, so  children enjoy reading the story and are entertained by the plot and characters. The process of refining my novel is unfolding with considerable success. A refined ‘Sleepy’ is the best outcome for everyone. Book 2 Doughnut Dungeon also requires rewriting and updating due to the more developed Book 1, so I have quite a few projects on the go. During the past few weeks, I have developed basic publishing skills while attempting to refine Isabella Airyfairyabelous & the Sleepy Dragon. Writing & Technology go hand-in-hand, but it is now time for writers to master elements of desktop publishing, I believe. This has been an enjoyable, if highly challenging journey.  The novel is now a cohesive document, and may soon be published.
