Book Binding & the Peace Dove

The good news is that my skills are finally progressing in this inimitable lost trade, bookbinding.  After a lovely session marbling at Bookbinders, I have created a few more handbound texts. Gradually the realisations sink in. We often only improve as a result of errors and each time we bind, we need to refine our skills further. Well, I have bound four, almost five marble A6 texts with quality art paper inside (120 gsm) , and plan to create more in the near future after hobby binding for years!

I found one text most challenging and finally decided it was unfinished, so I have just added a few baroque elements and the peace dove has flown through.We can only wish for peace.

I also plan to promote and sell my Kingdom of Nerada children’s fantasy novels, which have been positively received with a range of reviews.
