The good news is that my skills are finally progressing in this inimitable lost trade, bookbinding.  After a lovely session marbling at Bookbinders, I have created a few more handbound texts. Gradually the realisations sink in. We often only improve as a result of errors and each time we bind, we need to refine our skills further.
