Isabella Airyfairyabelous & the Sleepy Dragon (‘Sleepy’) restructure update

The news is that Kingdom of Nerada book 1 ‘Sleepy’ is now an exciting, almost completed, compelling novel. A self-publisher, I have set myself a pre-Christmas deadline. Excitingly, my text is still evolving. The magic is quite demanding, so a few more details need are required to chisel out the complete picture and  ensure my fantasy fairytale texts absorb younger readers. The characters are now realiseable, visualiseable and intriguing  though a few more details are required to capture key elements of their attitudes and appearance.

I am privileged to be a novelist, but writing quality novels is a  multi-layered process, one of the most challenging and creative processes  on earth.  Education in Professional Writing & Editing, Journalism, plus a literary degree, combine with my knowledge and expertise as an English teacher to enable me to develop entertaining, exciting scenes. The next step after print is to write the accompanying Kingdom of Nerada film scripts with the hope of mega-success in the film industry. Talent alone is not all that’s required of a novelist. Skills are fundamental, along with the essential elements of perseverance and diligence.

As my technical expertise develops, I hope commercial success from world-wide book sales will soon follow. Developing technical accomplishment has been a challenging hurdle, but should ensure my product, my novels and texts become thoroughly refined saleable products as I gain greater control of the production process. I have found this stage hugely challenging, which is why I have not readily made several of my fascinating texts available in print.
