Revisiting Isabella Airyfairyabelous & the Sleepy Dragon

Hi fantasy lovers,

I am in the process of redrafting my Kingdom of Nerada children’s novel Isabella Airyfairyabelous & the Sleepy Dragon. You would think writing for kids simple, but I find it very challenging. I am currently restructuring the first novel of the Kingdom of Nerada  series and rewriting sections to enhance the quality.  When we learn about point-of-view, we believe it to be simple, but it can be the most challenging, daring and transformative literary technique. My goal is to spend the next few weeks revising, so that a fully dynamic, transformed pair of novels forms. Then I can begin to write the Quest, the third in the trilogy. This pastime requires skill, restructure and reflection. How do our characters emerge fully? When does our novel work at its best, we may ask? How can I amplify the impact of the successful elements and  transform the rest?  I intend to keep a journal about this process.

Just remember Our voices count!
